But, with almost no developer support, users who wished to root their devices were moving away from the Lava Iris 458Q. Seeing this, a smart guy, Harikrishnan Thoppil, had been putting a lot of effort to root Lava Iris 458Q. So finally, here is the Lava Iris 458Q root guide, with which you can root the Lava Iris 458Q in just 5 minutes !

Root Lava Iris 458Q

  1. Download the Lava Iris 458Q drivers, and root file from the links given above.
  2. Extract all the files that you have downloaded.
  3. Move the root file to a folder named root.
  4. Now install the Lava Iris 458Q drivers from the file that you downloaded.
  5. In your Lava Iris 458Q, go to Settings > About Phone > Tap the Build Number 7-8 times till you see a “You are a developer message”.
  6. Now, go to Settings > Developer Options > and enable USB Debugging.
  7. Now navigate to the root folder that you created earlier, and execute the file run.bat.
  8. That’s all ! Congratulations, you now own a rooted Lava Iris 458Q.

    Daemon Not working is appear only when ADB drivers are not installed on Device. To Download and Install ADB drivers automatically, Download and Install Mobogenie Application from:
    then connect device in Debugging Mode. Now Mobogenie Automatically detect device and install driver from internet

    I’ve 2 questions –
    1) how many drivers I’ve to install. previously I installed only one driver: install_drivers.exe.
    2) drivers folder>win7 : now there are some files. what should I do with them.

        uninstall the previous driver and again reinstall this driver .
