Spice has announced the Spice SlatePad in India. The Spice SlatePad is Spice’s first tablet with 3G and voice calling support. The tablet has 7 inch display, and runs on 1GHz single core processor. Spice SlatePad runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. The Spice SlatePad has good specifications but the price is too high. The Spice SlatePad is launched as a competitor to the Celkon CT888.
Spice SlatePad features 7 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 1024×600 pixels. The tablet comes with 3.2MP rear camera with autofocus and 1.3MP front camera. The tablet supports SIM slot for 2G and 3G.
In memory, the Spice SlatePad has 512MB RAM along with 4GB internal memory. The tablet also supports microSD card upto 32GB. The tablet is powered by 3000 mAh battery.
Other than this, the Spice SlatePad supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio, and 3.5mm audio jack.
