Sony has now officially announced its new smartphone, Sony Xperia Z Ultra, which features a 6.4 inch screen. The phone is packed in a slim body of 6.5 mm and weighs 212 grams.It is powered by 2.2 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM. Internal storage is 16 GB, which can be extended up to 64 GB by via microSD card. The screen has a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels, and the first of all its smartphones which integrates Sony’s Triluminous technology, which was seen last in Sony Bravia LED TVs.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra features 8 MP rear camera, and 2 MP front camera. The camera as usual has Exmor RS sensor.
