Only open 2 accounts, you can still open (hopefully) 2 more.
Close the first 2 accounts before opening any more accounts, you can still only open 2 more.

- NOW PROCEED WITH THE STEPS PROVIDING DATE OF BIRTH AND ADD CUSTOM GMAIL ADDRESS OR AUTO GENERATED EMAIL AS PER YOUR CHOICE THEN YOU GO BOOM IT WILL NOT ASK PHONE NUMBER VERIFICATION, YOU CAN REPEAT THIS ONCE 10 DAYS BECAUSE YOU CANT CREATE IMMEDIATELY 100 GMAIL IDS AT ONCE .
- YOU CAN CREATE MAXIMUM 5 GMAIL IDS IN ONE PHONE ONCE 1O DAYS, IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PHONES YOU CAN CREATE MAXIMUM 5 IN EACH , REPEAT THIS YOU CAN GET UNLIMITED GMAILS WHERE YOU NORMALLY CAN GET MAXIMUM 5 EMAILS USING ONE PHONE NUMBER.
